Mike has years of award winning success leading CEO and Executive Groups with TEC Canada Ltd.

Also, during this time Mike has been the President of Synergy Work Solutions where he helped leaders and companies succeed.

As the President of Agfa Inc.’s Graphic Systems Canadian business, Mike was responsible for the company’s strong sales and profit performance and was recognized as one of Canada’s 50 most influential people in the Graphic Arts industry.

He has also been Vice President of the Great Place to Work Institute which is best known for its study “100 Best Workplaces in America” published annually in Fortune magazine. The Institute is a global research and consultancy organization helping companies achieve outstanding results and become great workplaces through cultural transformation.

Mike received both his B.A. in Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Management from McGill University. He has also graduated from the Corporate Coach U Executive Coaching program.

Mike resides in the Toronto area with his wife Mary and their two children Mariah and Adam. He plays an active role in his community serving on various non-profit boards and has been a volunteer basketball coach for many years in local youth developmental leagues.
